I hail from an old world Italian family steep in oral recipes passed down through the generations from the old country. My grandmother and mother passed them down to me as it was passed down to them. Thanks to my first job at the ripe age of 14 working as a pizza and pasta prep guy I learned my way around the kitchen fast and after multiple years I found myself to possess a confident prowess with creating tasty dishes.
Lately I have been spending a great deal of time on perfecting my personal menu to much tasty success. I figure why not make my success your fortune as well. I want all my readers to eat as well as I do and on my limited budget, which can be difficult and nearly impossible at times. I promise if you follow my simple recipes I will post here weekly you too will eat great, save a boat load of cash and reap the benefits of the satisfaction of cooking your own meal.
Here I will feature what is in my oven this week. I know it should be D’Week but I don’t know the French word for week and don’t really care.
